T’ai Chi - The Ancient Martial Art
Mind-body practice that combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements.
We’ll guide you to practice the fundamental T’ai Chi techniques - the Chi-Grounding Stance, also know as the standing meditation. With the core Chi-principle “Needle in Cotton”: lengthen the spine and relax the limbs, combine with Dantien breathing method, let energy flow through the whole body, and reach the stage of full energy and clear mind.
The Art of the Chinese Tea Ceremony - Mindful Tea Tasting
Discover the elegance and sophistication of different tea and teaware
This session involves dozens of prescribed steps so that apprentices could gain inner peace while performing and involving in this ritualistic activity. We will taken the time to introduce the history and culture significance of Chinese Tea which has a rich heritage dating back almost 5000 years. Tea tasting with a special focus on Oolong and Pu’er.
