Combination of walking and yoga practice in nature. Right down to the basics with reflection, movement, breath, and focus:
Yama – relationship with our environment
Nyama – relationship with ourselves
Asana – physical poses
Pranayama – the many roles of the breath
Pratyahara – the power of the senses
Dharana – ability of mental focus without distraction
Dhyana – extended mental focus to deeply connect
Samadhi – transcending matter to spiritual freedom
Good to know
The tour caters to all yoga levels, in fact, no prior knowledge is needed as long as you are fit to walk. For those who wish, the tour can be tailored to emphasize on one particular limb.
