Description
"BaDuanJin Qigong" or "8-sectioned Exercise" is one of the most traditional Chinese physical therapies with over 800 years of history. Regular practice can help preserve health. "BaDuanJin Qigong" consists of 8 sections of different slow body movement in standing format, pairing with various breathing techniques.
From Chinese medicine's perspective, "BaDuanJin Qigong" allows the practitioners to maintain a balance for organs, blood circulation and improving air-breathing quality.

Gabriel is a HK born Chinese who learned and practised the techniques of "BaDuanJin Qigong" from Mr KO Kin (grand-disciple of renowned Chinese Kung Fu “Wing Chun” Master IP Man) back in 2011. Gabriel is a believer of Buddhism, as well as a passionate advocate of traditional Chinese intangible heritages. He has been practising Sanxian (traditional Chinese plucked string musical instrument with three-string) since 1993 and recently picks up Chinese Calligraphy as his new interest. Gabriel is keen to introduce the “BaDuanJin Qigong” & "P@ntagon" Fingers Exercise to more people who value kindness, peacefulness, balance and wellness.
