My guests did not show up for a tour / experience, will I still get paid?

Please ensure before any tour or experience that your guest has not decided to cancel / reschedule their tour or experience, within the cancellation period.

If you are at the meeting point, kindly give them a 30 minute grace period and reach them through message or mobile phone (if provided). If they do not show up after this time, you will receive payment for the tour.
