Any tour or experience can be re-booked or canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 14 days before the experience starts.

Tours and Experiences cancellation due to bad weather is subject to your guide or hosts’ policies.

However, in the event of Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signals 3 or above, all tours and experiences will be canceled and Explorers will be entitled to a full refund or a non-penalty re-booking based on guides’ or hosts’ availability.
